Finally the day arrives, after several preparations & plannings, we conduct our final physical awareness session on 15th of June 2022. On that day we could be able to follow our agenda & enough number of mothers participated on that day.
Each & every group members completed their responsibilities which they were given. & successfully we did our work.
This week is so rushful week, this is when we had to finish most of our works. since all of our group members are willing to do their jobs with grateful heart, it was easy to finish the works for me. accordingly, as usual we uploaded the videos in our you tube channel.
Followingly, assigned members finish designing poster works. so it was handed over to to the printers for printing.
along with that, after several discussions, with MOH doctor & our madam, we finalized a date for our physical session. it is 15th of June 2022.
After that, we arranged a meeting among our group members & thoroughly planned the agenda & responsibilities of each members on physical session.
Andwe talked with our resource person- dietician to conduct an awareness session on that day. but unfortunately, she was not available on that day. so we went for alternative dieticians. they were also unable to join with us. so finally we talked with our demonstrators those who are well recognized & graduated in Applied Nutrition.
As usual we started this week by uploading our recipe videos in YouTube. followingly, one of our group member assigned to discuss with MOH doctor to allocate a time for our physical session.
parallaly, the members those who are appointed for poster designing works did their works with dedication.
Moreover, as a leader I had the responsibility to discuss with madam for further plannings & her available time for the final session. so I discussed with madam about this & we tried to find solution for all the relevant issues that may occur during the day of our final physical session like, transport issues, time availability, financial issues etc.
